Termite Inspection (WDO Report )
It is recommended for all properties, including condos and new construction. A must for VA loans.
Pool Inspection $100 / Pool Inspection with Pool Leak Analysis $275
Mold Sampling (Air quality test) starting at $425 (up to 2,500 sq. ft )
The air quality test supports the finding of mold that might not be visible.
It is indicated for older properties, flips, past leak history, and for families with allergies history.
Infrared Inspection (Thermography) $125
Checks for moisture intrusion behind the paint/drywalls and around windows; overheating on electric panels
Seawall inspection starting at $385 ( for 70 ft or less)
Waterfront and/or boat
Drain Line Snake Camera $325
For properties over 50 years old, if the original cast iron piping is still in place, we strongly recommend a drain line inspection.
This inspection will assess the condition of the piping, particularly of the main line (which is underground and inaccessible during a standard inspection).
Wind Mitigation Report for Insurance

4-Point Report for Insurance
Many insurance companies request a certified four-point inspection before offering/renewing a policy.

We accept personal checks, major credit cards, zelle, and online payments (we will send you a payment link).
