Before becoming a leading inspection entrepreneur, Cesar built a 25+ year executive career in technology, telecommunications, business development, sales, education, and operations. He worked with major multinational companies including Intel, Lucent, Yahoo, Global Crossing, ePay, and other technology and telecom organizations.

While working full time as an executive, Cesar also taught Executive MBA courses for 18 years as a course author, developer, and program coordinator, helping train business leaders in strategy, technology, telecommunications, and management.

That background still shapes the way Cesar works today. He believes inspection knowledge should not stay hidden inside a technical report. Clients and real estate professionals deserve clear explanations, practical context, and guidance they can use.

Cesar is also the founder of Atman Multicapital, a real estate investment firm, giving him additional perspective on property evaluation, risk, operations, investment decisions, and long-term ownership concerns.
